Step-by-step: how to collect from a Click n Collect locker

Step 1 – Receive your pickup notification
You’ll be notified via SMS, email, or in-app that your order is ready for collection. This message will include a unique pickup code or barcode, and the locker location.

Step 2 – Arrive at the locker
Lockers are typically located near store entrances or in secure outdoor areas. Our outdoor lockers include LED door lighting and CCTV for safety and visibility—even at night.

Step 3 – Scan or enter your code
Use the touchscreen or fast-scan feature from the home screen. Just scan the barcode—no need to tap through menus or log in. We also support app integration so customers can unlock their doors with a single tap from within a retailer’s app.

Step 4 – Collect your items
Your locker(s) will open automatically. For multi-temp orders (e.g. frozen + ambient), multiple doors may open. Our system groups lockers as closely together as possible for efficient pickup.
